First week: nice to meet you

Every new Acerta employee gets two full days to get acquainted with their surroundings. Our delightful HR colleagues will guide you through the office and provide you with an explanation of all things practical. Your IT journey starts here.

First month: working together

Every day with the team starts with a short **stand up meeting** where we briefly review what everyone is up to that day. This will help you get to know your teammates and the ongoing projects very quickly.

Whatever IT job you start in – every quarter, a delivery planning will take place. Plus, all our projects are split up into two-week sprints. In these biweekly meetings, we discuss the agenda and who is working on what. At the end, we present our deliverables to all stakeholders.
